Hi i live in a one bedroom flat and i am not using the lounge so if you think you might feel comfortable turning a lounge into a room for you then you can let me know,its a very quiet block in parow Less than five minutes walk to PnP, i don't drink or smoke and i am at work 5 days a week, this is not suitable for a couple only for a single female and the Rent is R2500 plus R400 towards Electricity can put in a R100 a week or R400 at once up to you no deposit is required ,it has a balcony as well if you a smoker as i don't smoke
