Load parts onto racks or conveyors. Set up spray guns (pressure, nozzles) and apply electrostatically charged powder evenly. Move coated parts into and out of industrial curing ovens. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning spray booths, changing colours, and maintaining equipment and work areas. Strictly adhere to all safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE. Comply with environmental regulations regarding paints, solvents, and chemicals.
