If you passionate about cars and you are skilled and knowledgeable in buying used cars,then THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU. The role requires you to ensure a measurable, consistent and high-quality pipeline/throughput of purchased vehicles. You will need to be able to work effectively in a team and autonomously.The role is supported by proprietary systems, workflows and support staff but you are ultimately responsible for the volume, quality and accuracy of the vehicles you purchase. You must be able to inspect and test-drive a vehicle for cosmetic and mechanical condition and assess what reconditioning is required.You will be responsible fo r : Daily Customer contact (Face to face, Phone and Email)Inspect vehicles, finalise offer and close transactionsEnsure all vehicles acquired meet brand requirementsDocumentation/Contract compilation, coordination and filingDocumentation and Vehicle detail/background validationInform/educate customers’ questions and overcome objectionsIdentify and flag risky transactions and decline theseInterface to associated functions (Logistics/Sales etc).Achieve target numbers that meet vehicle quality expectationsEnsure that vehicles purchased are:Are not StolenAre not Accident DamagedAre free of material defect or defects are accurately flagged and priced for validation/reconditioningAre accurately represented in terms of year, make, model, mileage, colour and conditionInspected and accurately appraised and priced for reconditioning to brand requirementsMinimum Requirements: Grade 12 plus a minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar roleExcellent Admin and Digital/Computer technical skillsValid Driver’s license (code 08)No criminal record)Should you meet the above requirements, please upload your CV onto our website
