self-catering,100 square metre, fully- furnished apartment located in Wierda
Park on the outskirts of the administrative capital of South Africa, Pretoria.
This four-star establishment offers the discerning executive or traveller a
comfortable and pleasant up-market experience in a tranquil natural setting. A
maximum of two adults can be accommodated in the self-contained suite, which
consists of a spacious open-plan living area with a well-equipped coffee bar and
lounge and dining areas, a patio and sleeping accommodations. The sleeping
accommodations comprise a well-appointed bedroom (with an extra-length,
king-size bed convertible to twin single beds, a comfortable desk and a workstation),
a spacious, well-lit en suite bathroom and a spacious en suite dressing room. Uncapped,
fibre-optic, wired and wireless internet access and a TV box are at your
disposal. No smoking of any kind (including vaping) is allowed in or near any
of the buildings on the premises. A private barbecue area and the swimming pool
on the property are available for your use by prior arrangement. Secure,
covered parking is provided within a fenced-in area and access to the suite is
via a private entrance. While Chipembere is a haven of respite from the
everyday pressures of the rat race, it is nevertheless in close proximity to
major business centres such as Centurion and Midrand, hospitals, restaurants,
shopping malls and major tourist attractions such as the Smuts House Museum, Irene
Dairy Farm, Maropeng, the Cradle of Mankind, the Lesedi Cultural Village, the Pilanesberg
Game Reserve, Sun City and many more.
A deposit equal to the monthly rental
is required and the cost of electricity, water, biofuel and gas consumed by the
occupants of the suite is for the account of the tenant. The suite is cleaned
and the bed linen and towels changed once a week.
