This role does require a candidate with a degree in Civil or Construction Management and a strong background in building projects.
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:
You will have completed a degree in Civil or Construction Management, 5 plus years experience the management of and ensuring the profitability of large scale building projects.You will be target driven to achieve the financial targets/costing per site, as well as manage the site administration, SHEQ and labour on sites.You will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of building materials, plant and equipment for building projects, as well as being a proactive leader to drive high quality and deadline driven projects.You will be detail orientated, focused on service and deadline delivery, work strictly according to legislation and be able to meticulously multi-task, as well as problem solve effectivelyYou must be a detailed-orientated and organized team player with demonstrated delivery in high pressure situations.You must have a driver’s license, a clear criminal and credit record, and reliable transport.

maintenance throughout greater Cape Town. The bulk of work is resultant of insured
residential events.
You will oversee and manage
your own team and complete general residential repairs as follows:
Plastering, painting and

(plumbing work excluded).
General roof repairs
(waterproofing, replacing tiles and roof sheeting);
