Objectives: To ensure that you are providing a world class, client
facing front of house service - To ensure that all client requests and enquiries are
fulfilled in the designated timeframe and exceed client
expectations by ensuring that a first class service is
delivered at all times - To ensure that all visitors/callers to the client site and
internal clients experience excellent service upon
visiting the site . -Develop, enhance and sustain strong internal working
relationships with all members of the Client First team,
the Standard Bank Client Services team at Standard
Bank and internal clients-Welcome all visitors, clients and employees to Standard
Bank
Operate a dynamic, professional meet and greet service - Provide world class service to the client following the
“Client First” ethos
Fulfil all client requests in a professional and timely
manner - Process all visitors in line with procedures including preparing passes within required timescales
Actively seek out details of visitors in advance
Escort visitors, where necessary, to the meeting room
suites.- Maintain all statistical information and records as
requested
Manage the plants, decorations, displays and
publications in the reception and waiting areas to
ensure that materials/products are current- Ensure that reception area is kept to a high standard at
all times, ensuring that issues are raised promptly with
the cleaning team and the Facilities Helpdesk and
actioned in a timely fashion- Respond to all visitor / client requests regardless of
their nature - Be cross-trained in all front of house tasks, so that can
undertake duties of any team member as required- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in
adherence with Client First grooming standards - Adhere to all standards, policies and procedures at all
times
Maintain excellent working relationships with all Client
First Team members and management and the client teamSkills -Decision Making
