Job Purpose:
To perform a combination of duties related to Japanese part sales. Responsibilities:
• To identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
• To sell Japanese products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
• To maintain relationships with clients by providing support and product information, as well as handling of complaints
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisational standards
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and achieving monthly targets set

SUMMARY OF ROLETo actively manage the performance and

Drive Range within Southern Africa. The business growth model includes channels
such as System Integrators, Distributors & OEM Partners within the Southern

To work actively with New Partners,

Regional Variable Speed Drive Management

in new verticals with regards to the Variable Speed Drive Range and associated
services.
· To work with System Integrators, Distributors and
OEMs to develop business plans with regards to the Control
Technique’s Variable Speed Drive Range
and associated services.
· To regularly review Southern Africa Business
Development business plans and contributions and implement improvement plans
monthly with both Vice President Commercial Sales Africa & Oceania.
Sales Execution & Channel Support
· To achieve allocated regional sales targets.
· To assist in monitoring and facilitation of cash
collection for outstanding debtors.
· To provide technical support for preparation of
large tenders.
Marketing
· To participate in trade shows, conferences, and
other marketing events as required.
· To actively work with customers in the Southern
Africa Region to generate case studies, white papers and success stories that
can be utilized by Control Technique’s sales network activity with regards to
the Variable Speed Drive Range and associated services.
· To track use of marketing tools by Channel Partners
and encourage and educate on usage activity with regards to the Variable Speed
Drive Range and associated services.
· To work with Channel Partners in the allocated
regions on developing and executing marketing plans activity with regards to
the Variable Speed Drive Range and associated services.
