Good day,We are currently seeking to employ a operations Clerk for our client, ImperialTanker ServicesJob Function
Responsible
for the administrative functions in the Operations. Other duties may
include capturing of driver salaries, the control and filing of trip
documents. The incumbent will also assist with monthly deadlines and
compiling various month end reports and stats as required by the
Operations Manager. The incumbent will also be required to perform ad-hoc
duties as and when required.
Key performance areas
·
Daily capturing and of trip sheets.
·
Daily capturing of journey management.
·
Update customer on current orders daily.
·
Pre-Trip Briefing and timeous dispatching of Drivers.
·
Post-Trip De-briefing of Drivers.
·
Ensure that Trip Sheets received from Drivers have the
correct documentation attached and is signed.
·
Daily follow up of all vehicles on the road
·
Daily driver payment
·
Daily KM updating·
Escalate all delays, breakdowns, incidents, accidents. etc. to Manager·
Be able to work as a Planner when required to do so. Qualifications required·
Matric·
Previous experience in similar job function will be an advantage Skills and experience Required·
Must be Computer literate (Microsoft word/excel/office
etc.) ·
Logical perception and numeracy accuracy ·
Good time management skills ·
Must be self motivated·
