Key Responsibilities 1. Risk Management Identify project risks (technical, safety, financial) Develop mitigation plans Monitor and control risks throughout the project 7. Scheduling & Progress Tracking Track project progress against plan Use tools like: MS Project / Primavera Adjust schedules when required 8. Quality Assurance Ensure all work meets: Engineering standards Company specifications Conduct inspections and sign-offs 9. Reporting Prepare: Weekly/monthly progress reports Budget reports Risk reports Report to management and stakeholders 10.
