Top Quality 25mm / 22mm aluminium 1.2mm gauge adjustable poles for
camping.
The poles are fully adjustable from 4 foot (1.25m) to 7.5 foot (2.27m)
and thus very portable and versatile.
For use with caravan, tent, dining shelter or gazebo side flaps in order
to convert these to awnings for additional shade whilst camping. Can also be
successfully used with loose flysheets / tarps to create some shade.
The 10mm spigots have 3mm stainless steel rods imbedded in them to
strengthen them.
Foot pieces anchor nicely into soil or grass especially useful with
gusts of wind.
Range of height adjustment means you can position the awning to deal
with rain or wind more effectively than with non-adjustable poles.
Some years ago I could not find good quality, strong, light-weight,
non-rusting (ie no maintenance) adjustable poles for camping anywhere. The
mainline camping stores largely had poor quality, sub-standard poles at a
premium price and I thus custom built poles to suit our needs and got several
enquiries whilst camping on where I got these poles.
I then started making poles for people who asked for them and have now
improved them to the point where they are the best quality at the best price.
I am thus making these poles as a sideline.
These are brand-new custom made poles (ie never used)
They are R275 each. I can only provide a 5% discount on orders of 10 and
upward. Please don't haggle on price since it is set upfront as low as I can
feasibly make it.
Between 5 & 8 poles can be couriered to you from Cape Town for additional R250 (major centres) to R300 (outlying towns) in a 80mm or 110mm PVC pipe that you
can then reuse as a fishing rod holder for example or to simply store the poles
in when not in use.
