I was working a full time shift position and conducted various duties which included: Cleaning his room each morning and performing full wash , including skin, mouth care and grooming, assisting with bathroom needs, bedpan and changing continence pads, making health snacks , including assisting with feeding, checking his vitals like blood pressure, blood sugar and pulse, properly recoding all readings for the family doctor, assisting in taking his diabetic medication on time and according to doctors instructions, helping with all mobility issues, from bed to wheelchair and taking him to all appointments and other necessary errands, providing with ,much needed companionship and exercises for therapy The family decided to place him in a care facility during December period , but for ref, please do not hesitate to contact Russell(Son) on 067 9004591 and he will tell you so much about me.
