Qualifications and Experience: · Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Matric). · Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the funeral industry (though not required). · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and empathy. · Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. · Proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment.
