WE ALSO RECOMMEND USING SOLAR (if applicable) OR GENERATOR AS A SECOND SOURCE OF CHARGE. LEAD ACID BATTERIES DO NOT COPE WELL WHEN THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO RECHARGE AND RECOVER PROPERLY AS CAN HAPPEN IN CONTINUOUS HIGH STAGE LOAD SHEDDING. BATTERIES WITH REDUCED RUN TIME WILL NOT BE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY..If you do choose to use lead acid batteries please turn off the inverter when backup is not required (eg when you're in bed/away) to prevent unnecessary cycling.
