Key Responsibilities:
Factory Management: Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring smooth production flow and meeting deadlines.
Design Oversight: Guide the design process and ensure that fashion collections are produced to meet quality standards.
Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of designers, tailors, and factory staff, ensuring optimal productivity and quality.
Quality Control: Ensure all products meet design specifications and quality standards.
Production Planning: Collaborate with production teams to plan and prioritize tasks, keeping in line with fashion trends and deadlines.
Budgeting & Costing: Manage production budgets, cost control, and the financial performance of the factory operations.
Skills Required:
Fashion Design Degree/Diploma: A formal qualification in Fashion Design is essential.
Factory Management Experience: Proven experience in managing factory operations, preferably in fashion production.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision, quality, and achieving excellent results in production.
Team Management: Ability to effectively manage, lead, and motivate teams to meet deadlines.
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to conceptualize and deliver innovative designs and production methods.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and provide solutions promptly.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear direction for team members and liaising with suppliers and customers.
Work Style:
