We are looking for a Supply and Demand Planner to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and input from sales and marketing teams.2. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather relevant information and incorporate it into demand forecasts.3. Continuously evaluate and refine supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations research, business administration, or a related field.2. Proven experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.5. Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.8.
