IntroductionOur manufacturing client, based in Durban, is looking for a Bielomatik Machine Operator.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate a Bielomatik printing machine or similar printing machines.Correctly set up the machine according to job specifications and safety requirements.Ensure end products conform to job specifications throughout the printing process.Diagnose faults and take corrective action following standard operating procedures.Quality Control – conducting regular QC inspections of products, or processes to evaluate quality.Be able to mount printing stereos, change printing rollers and change and adjust knives according to job specifications.Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts i.e gears, bearings, belts etc. to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may occur during the printing process, such as paper jams or ink smudges.Perform change overs within acceptable time period.Be able to meet production targets and deadlines.Any other duties and responsibilities as allocated by your supervisor.Desired Experience & QualificationMatric / Grade 12. Experience operating and troubleshooting a Bielomatik machine. Happy to work shifts (including night shifts and weekends). Interested? Tertiary qualification and 5 years’ experience in the designing of Kidswear and
