Achieve Guest Satisfaction, Ability to take Control in a Calm manner while under pressure, Motivate staff, Creative, Planning of menus and costing, Compare prices of stock and ingredients with suppliers, Ensure that all standards and SOPs are adhered to, Regular training of staff, Ensure kitchen hygiene is being adhered to at all times, Track wastages daily, Stock take. Check all deliveries. Insure the Kitchen is run in a Environmentally Friendly Manner. Knowledge in Authentic African Cuisine.
