Key Responsibilities
* Hands-on coding

* Estimate engineering effort, plan execution cycles and rollout system changes
* Strong communication skills with the ability to drive issue resolution and root cause identification with the various teams
* Consult Product and UX about technical implications of product ideas
* Find a balance between short-term and long term scalability goals, let the cost-benefit ratio be a driver for all your actions
* Ensure code quality and maintainability by tackling tech debt, conducting code reviews, initiating refactoring, and improving build and test systems
Qualifications
* 5+ years of Software Design and Development experience working on performant web services
* 5+ years developing REST APIs
* 5+ years of Node.js experience
* Strong JavaScript language understanding - Promises, ECMAScript 6, extensive functional programming language knowledge
* Experience consuming an array of web services: JSON or XML
* 5+ years with Agile development methodologies such as Test-Driven Development (TDD)
* Experience with SQL
* Relevant degree- BSComputer Programming or similar, certificates

An exciting opportunity exists for a role of Telesales Representative to join this dynamic Cosmetic company in the sales department to achieve certain sales targets for the Independent channels. Telesales is the selling of products or services through the telephone and via email. As a telesales representative, you reach potential and existing customers directly by phone and/or email, to encourage them to buy products and offers.
Responsibilities:
• Direct sales
o Contact existing customers and new prospects to attempt to sell. Use active database to identify customers who have bought a product in the past or prospects whose profiles indicate that they are likely to buy.
o Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing
o To independent trade – both existing and potential new clients that cover the following channels in all provinces (excluding KZN):
? Independent pharmacy, Health shops and Supermarket (eg Vegan or Natural foods), Salons/spas, Boutique hotels & Spas, Juice bars, Wine Estate stores (gift shops), Markets, Online stores (independents), Lead generation
