Johannesburg - A Leading Pharmaceutical Company has a vacancy for a Logistics Coordinator.Main Purpose of the Role:To optimize the stock-holding within the warehousing and distribution network and 3PL distribution partners to maximize Pharma and State sales, control costs, in accordance with pre-determined KPIs and service levels Working to encouraging a cooperative and trusted relationship with the service providers based on the business requirements and the contractual obligations, to maximize sales at the required service levels.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Sales Facilitation and 3PL Management:Communicate SOH reports and remediation of Out of Stocks and low days of stock cover with Demand Planning team.Monitor stock received in a quarantine status and ensure time critical Operations release post release notification being received.Internal Customer Interaction Pharmaceutical and State:Regular discussion with Brand and Product Managers and state planning teams around stock availability.
