STRATEGIC CONSULTING Stay abreast of all legislative changes in order to keep regional management and clients informed at all timesDesign and implement labour relations related initiatives within the company and with clients, thereby creating unique differentiatorsProvide input/guidance to client on Labour Relations matters to minimise riskDevelop and implement action plans around specific labour relations type situationsCustodian of internal company Labour Relations documentation and processes and make recommendations and agreed changes. Grade 12 with Labour Law or HR qualification or equivalent?Minimum 3 – 5 yrs. Labour Relations experience essential with extensive exposure to CCMA, Conciliation, Arbitrations, unions etc. Proven experience in managing the delivery of personnel services to a workforce in excess of 600 employees. Experience within the distribution and logistics sector will be an added advantage Registration with a professional body would be advantageous
