The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing and troubleshooting laptops and MacBooks of various brands and models. The primary responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and software issues, performing repairs and upgrades, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of all service tasks.RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Diagnose hardware and software issues with laptops and MacBooks.2. Perform repairs and component replacements, including screens, keyboards, motherboards, Chip-level repair, and batteries.3. Conduct data backups and recoveries as necessary.4. Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.5.
