Key Responsibilities 1. Contractor & Supplier Management Appoint and manage contractors Ensure contractor compliance with: Safety standards Scope of work Manage contracts, claims, and performance 5. Stakeholder Management Coordinate with: Mine operations team Engineering team Safety department External stakeholders Provide regular updates to senior management 6. Risk Management Identify project risks (technical, safety, financial) Develop mitigation plans Monitor and control risks throughout the project 7. Scheduling & Progress Tracking Track project progress against plan Use tools like: MS Project / Primavera Adjust schedules when required 8. Quality Assurance Ensure all work meets: Engineering standards Company specifications Conduct inspections and sign-offs 9. Reporting Prepare: Weekly/monthly progress reports Budget reports Risk reports Report to management and stakeholders 10.
