Actuator Upgrade for Turbo K04 or KO3 - for FSI 2.0T VW & Audi
Turbo Engine - Performance Upgrade
A replacement performance turbo actuator for vehicles based
on the 2.0 FSi engine.
This actuator uses a piston design for maximum longevity in comparison
to the OEM units. Using a range of available springs this actuator can be tuned
to suit your requirements. This is suitable for the OEM KKK KO4 Turbocharger as
found in:
Audi S3, TT-S, Golf Edition 30, Golf R, Scirocco R and
upgraded KO3 Turbos.
This product is built with a predetermined actuator spring
suitable for at, or slightly above factory boost levels. It is designed and
built with the intention of increasing the boost output of a turbocharged
system. It is ideal as an OEM replacement upgrade and will optimise the
performance of vehicles with Software (Map) upgrade e.g. with Stage 1, Stage, 2
or Stage 3 software.

Servicing and General Repairs on all Cars/SUV/LDV.
We do provide a comprehensive diagnostic service/analysis with
a full report as well as clearance of error codes.
ECU Repairs is also available.
We also do installation of Turbo Actuators, Boost Gauges, Boost
