Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant legal field are desirable.Experience:Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal practise, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.Knowledge and Skills:Thorough understanding of the legal landscape in the engineering industry.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.Ability to provide strategic legal advice to senior management.Experience in managing complex legal matters and projects.Preferred Qualifications:Membership of relevant professional bodies or associations.Experience in international legal matters or cross-border transactions.Familiarity with intellectual property law and technology-related legal issues.Working Conditions:This role is primarily office-based, with occasional travel required for meetings and other business activities. The Head of Legal will work closely with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and support business objectives.
