A Superb opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator with at least 5 years’ experience with mining payroll and very strong VIP Payroll experience
A strong team player with attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple payrolls is essential plus excellent excel skills and the ability to manage complex formulas and volumes of data. Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be involved in administering and processing multiple payrolls both monthly and weekly for the mining operations.
It is extremely important for the successful candidate to understand the underground mining and the payroll processes of the Underground Mining Sector. This will include amongst others gang cards, weekly/daily time and attendance, allowances, production bonuses etc.
The successful candidate must possess the following minimum requirements
Qualifications:
* Grade 12
* Must have a relevant qualification in Payroll
Experience:
* At least 3 to 5 years working experience as a Payroll Administrator in the Mining Environment
* Must have strong administration skills and payroll skills
* Must be able to work under pressure
