Requirements

Pizza Chef for Wood Fired pizza oven section in a restaurant.
Chef must have experience in making pizza bases, building pizzas and baking pizza in wood oven.Including making all "Mise en place" for pizza making.
The Pizza Chef would be required to run the Pizza Area including designing new Pizza Recipes and have at least 2 years experience as a Pizza Chef.
Must be able to work day and night shifts.
