Duties:- Perform start-up and shutdown of application equipment.- Perform checks and tests on robots and document accordingly.- Monitoring and flushing of product during production.- Visual inspection of parts in the wet control areas.- Perform production maintenance during production - cleaning of equipment.- Responsible for production preventative maintenance on machinery and all related equipment.- Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to.- Document all process parameters and report out of control conditions.- Complete stoppages timeously and accurately.- Start-ups and checks at 4am on Monday mornings.- Responsible for TPM in area.- Review quality of parts on your shift and implement corrective measures.- Complete accurate shift handovers and breakdown reports.Requirements:- Recognised qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering- Qualified artisan- 3-5 years experience in a similar role- Good understanding of paint processes and systems- Knowledge of Durr systems- Able to work weekend, overtime and holidays
