As the Business Manager - Finance, you will be based in Richards Bay, South Africa. * Report the monthly and annual financial performance of the division
* Understand and analyze results, question the costing and variance analysis where applicable
* Preparation of the monthly/annual forecasts, both financial and cash flow.
* Assist with the preparation of Statutory Reports.
* To provide accurate and meaningful information on production activities, production costs, overhead costs and productivity to management and to ensure the accurate allocation of costs.
* Oversee and champion the development of procedures, policies and internal controls to ensure efficient business processes to support the delivery of the company's business objectives.
* Establish and monitor benchmarks for the teams' performance and success.
* Work together with senior team members to align operating systems to support the business goals.
ABOUT YOU
* Qualifications: CA(SA), CIMA, ACMA Preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years demonstratable experience of working in a manufacturing environment
* Experience in strategic planning and execution will be an advantage
* Experience in developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
