Our Client, a leader in the Chemical Industry, has a vacancy for an Environmental Health and Safety Practitioner based in Amanzimtoti, Durban.
The key focus of this role is to administer and manage EHS Systems, ensuring that high EHS standards are achieved and maintained. This role requires a minimum of 50% of time spent within the factory, warehouses and offices monitoring EHS standards and engaging directly with the workforce.
Environmental Health and Safety:
* Responsible for the personal health and safety of others.

Responsibilities (but not limited):
•
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing
property
•
Understand clients’ needs and financials abilities
•
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions,
prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest
dealing
•
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
•
Prepare necessary paperwork (Offer to purchase, fica documents, checklists etc)
•
Maintain and update listings of available properties
•
Promote sales through advertisements, property viewings and listing services
•
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
