Key Responsibilities:Prepare, analyse, and present accurate and timely monthly management reports and financial statements.Collaborate with group shared services to ensure efficient transaction processing and adherence to company policies.Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and short-term funding requirements.Monitor and analyse production costs, investigate variances, and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.Oversee inventory accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with ERP system dataQualification and Skills Required:BCom Accounting Degree (articles preferred)35 years experience in an accounting roleExposure to mining, manufacturing, construction, or similar operational industriesStrong MS Office and advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical ability, accuracy, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environmentWhats in it For Me?:You will gain hands-on exposure to a large-scale mining operation, working directly with production, shared services, and treasury teams.
