* Negotiate best rates and manage large scale events
* Manage emergency changes / challenges and prepare reports
* Book tickets, reserve accommodation, organize rental transportation

Duties:
Complete repairs and maintenance as allocated by the Maintenance Manager
Do a preventative maintenance check
Check all aspects of maintenance when performing a task
Get qualified experts for areas outside of your basic field of knowledge
Ensure correct tools are used for tasks and cared for
Attend to garden maintenance and irrigation
Record all stock used on job card for correct budget allocation
Complete stock control documents and ensure correct stock is handed over
Assist with monthly stock take
Advise the Maintenance Manager when tasks are completed
Ensure that schedules are followed and that deadlines are met
Communicate all deviations to management
Requirements:
Grade 11 or 12
Electrical/Plumbing qualification
5 years experience in a handyman environment
