We are looking for a manager to help monitor and oversee the proper functioning of our call centre. You will be required to ensure the centre is performing at its best and producing results. You will also be required to make budget plans, analyze performances and report to management on the happenings of the centre. Responsibilities
* Create a task list for the call center daily activities and ensure they are achieved.
* Ensure the resources are used to produce optimal results.
* Manage the call center to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives
* Plan and implement the overall strategy
* Track and measure productivity and compare to benchmarks
* Offer solutions for improvement
* Identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions
* Monitor the performance of the call center and regularly provide feedback.
* Collect data and statistics at regular intervals (weekly, monthly, annually) and analyze them to improve performances.
* Provide training and orientation for the recruits to provide high-quality customer service.
* Oversee the budget plans and track expenses of the call center.
* Assess performances with metrics like calls left waiting, calls missed, etc.
* Ensure that all employees adhere to the company policies and regulations.
* Prepare performance reports and report any issue to the management.
* Build relationships with staff and clients
* Create a welcoming and motivating environment for employees

* Helps call agents with challenging customer service issues.
Requirements
* Relevant bachelors degree.
* Prior experience as a call centre manager or similar position.

The Employer is a financial services division of a leading automotive group in the South African market.
*KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Perform monthly reconciliations between the operational and the accounting systems
* Identify, analyse & resolve reconciling items between financial and operational system
* Liaise with Business Intelligence department and contractors on integration errors on financial system
* Liaise with other internal departments to resolve queries to ensure that customers are assisted without issue and company processes can run smoothly and accurately
* Bulk Loading of vehicles on the operational system
* Bulk upload wholesale vehicle policies and liaise with importers regarding queries
* Liaise with debtors on outstanding vehicle importer accounts
* Bulk update to policy values. Assist call centre agents with plan queries on the operational system
* Compile macros for invoices and returns on the financial system

* Calculate profit and loss on terminated plans and cancelled plans
* Prepare Journals and monthly joint venture profit share calculations
*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*
* B.com Degree in a Finance related field or
* B.com Financial Accounting – 2nd year completed
*EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED*
* Strong operational finance experience
* Fund Accountant Experience
* Ability to multi-task, cope under pressure and succeed in a high-performance culture
* Great Plains experience advantageous
* Worked with multiple various systems that interlink
* Experience in motor or insurance industry will be advantageous
