Looking for a person with debtors experience. With sage evolution experience, not a must but a bonus.
Main Duties are as follows:
Processing all cash payments.
Balancing cash-up template with cashbook batch.
Submitting Daily.
Processing all eft Bank Credits.
Ensure all payments are allocated and linked correctly.
Managing Debtors account.
Monthly statements to customers.
Weekly statement for reps.
Payment Processing afer being signed off by Management.
Clock cards/system updated and cross checked for over time.
Working hours is 07h30 to 17h00.
Monday to Fridays.
