The successful candidate will be employed by KFM and will report to the director of Kinderfonds MAMAS in The Netherlands. The MD will be managing a dedicated team of six professionals performing functions in this regard. Applicants must have a social and community development background as well as a serious understanding of, and track record in, CSI / fundraising. Key responsibilities include:

Administration and handling of MA budget and HR aspects

Requirements:
Social work/community development/social science or other relevant degree or master
At least 8 years’ experience in a community development or the NGO sector
At least 5 years of experience in a senior management/leadership position
Strong Program Management skills
Demonstrable affinity with community development or the NGO sector
Experience and real understanding of fundraising / CSI as well as a track record of success
A team player who has experienced and believes in the value of working in a highly diverse team
Experience in training is a definite advantage
