Main Purpose of Role:
Responsible for organizing, planning, reporting and administrating of all games, monitoring normalisation engine ratios along with other Enterprise Managers and monitors the number of Spendable Points in the economy together with managing the relationship with procurement, payroll and all relevant internal stake holders. Required Minimum Education / Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Statistics
Required Minimum Work Experience:
3-5 years’ extensive knowledge in Gamification or similar incentive/reward propositions.Noble gamification will be an added advantage.2-3 years’ experience in a rewards and recognition programs and call centre incentive models.Strong understanding and interpretive experience in data analytics (i.e. a Data Science background)

Key Performance Areas:
Assists in organising, planning and facilitating gaming events.Assists in creating, planning and implementing innovative games.Develops and enforces systems, rules, procedures, and productivity standards for all gaming events.Coordinates with different teams to achieve milestones within deadlines in terms of the design of new games, updates and/or enhancements.Proposes innovative strategies that align with the goals and objectives of the various departments/teams.Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options and chooses a course of action.Monitors agents and supervisors progress towards goals.Sets Redemption Events; Raffle, Auction, e-Gift Card store, aligned with workforce management.Manages procurement processes to ensure that rewards are procured for the different reward levels for all stakeholders.Manages all reward pay-outs facilitated through payroll timeously for all qualifying stakeholders.

Risk Management at all R & D Sites (Petit, Malelane and Rietgat). Continual improvement of HSE systems and programs at site level.Key Responsibilities:Promote safe working techniques and re-enforce the safety policies, guidelines and procedures as set out by the Company.Assist in the identification of hazards, evaluating the risk, developing and implementing a plan to correct or prevent or minimize exposure and audit the plan to ensure its effectiveness.Maintain up to date JSAs and RA for all areas, jobs and equipment.Develop, implement and maintain the Site Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans.Participate and Coordinate ESH Reviews and Management of Change Reviews.Ensure that contractor personnel working at the location are in compliance with legislative and HS&E requirements and maintain necessary documents and records related to Contractor management.Schedule and coordinate inspections and audits by appointed site personnel, certifying bodies and corporate structures.Perform and contribute to the Function’s training plans by developing and maintaining training matrix for all job levels, scheduling and monitoring training, conducting employee orientations, conducting emergency response training and coordinating training programs at the various locations.Develop and monitor corrective action lists to address shortfalls and improvements.Maintain records of audits, inspections, reports, certifications, permits, etc related to HSE.Maintain filing systems regarding worker HSE records including training records medical fitness certificates.Support site manager to develop and implement Regional and Sites level HSE Goals.Arrange and facilitate regular safety and management meetings.
