The successful candidate will be responsible for: Responsible for budget target delivery for the product range in conjunction with Commercial Head and regional Commercial Managers.Ensuring up to date knowledge of the markets and submarkets, building a market information data base.Contributing to market intelligence projects, including market and pricing surveys.Understanding all technical aspects and positioning of the different products in the spray programs.Contributing to Product / Market opportunity assessment & business case definition.Providing inputs in protocol determination for new product development.Responsible for range GAP analysis and guidance to R&D budget /acquisition strategy.Defining portfolio, crop spray program and product strategies, including the 5 Ps (Product, Place (distribution), Price, Promotion, People (interdepartmental collaboration).Responsible for new product introduction, new product launches and promotional programs.Driving the procurement process for product launches.Responsible of price positioning of the range i.e. provide value proposition & competition benchmark analysis for price decisions.Contributing to marketing assumptions for yearly budget for the range.Managing promotional and advertorials campaigns or functions of current products / portfolios.Determining and formulating go-to-market strategies and plans for products and programs to be launched.Interacting with Global portfolio heads/leads, regional Commercial and R&D teams with regards to crop solutions and new product development.Interacting with customer/distributor representatives (key agents, technical personnel and management) with regards to crop solutions and needs.Guiding and leading colleagues with regards to crop and product strategies.Interacting and making contributions on global forums.
