Your responsibilities will
include:
As a Vinyl Applicator, you will
play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life.
Apply vinyl graphics with
precision, ensuring a flawless finish.
Collaborate with the design team
for complex graphic installations.
Prepare surfaces for vinyl
application through cleaning and preparation.
Safely operate and maintain
vinyl application equipment and tools.
Ensure high craftsmanship
standards through rigorous quality control.
Efficiently manage project
timelines and deadlines.
Provide creative input and
problem-solving for enhanced project outcomes.
Apply graphics to various items
and surfaces.
Handle collection and delivery
of goods.
Utilize hand or power tools
proficiently for project completion.
Strip and reassemble
vehicles/accessories.
Ensure proper finishing with no
bubbles or curling, using primer, and minimizing stress cuts and patches.
Use scaffolding and ladders for
work at heights.
Conduct quality control well in
advance of delivery to clientele.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Previous experience in vinyl
application or a related field (minimum 3 years)
Mandatory valid driver's license
Strong attention to detail and a
steady hand.
Familiarity with various vinyl
materials and application techniques.
Ability to work independently
and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and
a customer-oriented mindset.
Flexibility and adaptability in
a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to safety protocols

JOB PURPOSE:
·
To complete the client delivery value chain by installing the
final branding and signage structures at the client’s location according to the
client’s specification and Stikka’s standards.
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:

Experience in signage and rigging will be advantageous.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
Loading, Unloading and Material Movement:
·
Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments,
material and/ or equipment needs.
·
Sort structural components and tools before loading and unloading.
·
Attach identifying tags to components or mark them with
identifying information.
·
Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping
to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported.
·
Examine and inspect containers, materials, or products to ensure
that product quality and packing specifications are met.
·
Carry needed tools or supplies from storage or trucks and return
them after use.
·
Maintain equipment storage areas to ensure that inventory is
protected.
Installation Operations:
·
Read specifications or blueprints to determine the location,
quantity, sizes of materials required.
·
Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
·
Rig or dismantle props or equipment, such as frames, scaffolding,
platforms, or backdrops, using hand tools.
· Assemble hoisting equipment or rigging, such as cables, pulleys,
or hooks to move heavy equipment or materials.
·
Hoist structural elements into place using scaffolding or hoisting
equipment.
·
Pull, push, or pry structural elements into positions for bolting
into place.
·
Bolt aligned structural elements in position for permanent
riveting, bolting, or sticking into place.
·
Mop, brush, or spread paints, cleaning solutions, or other
compounds over surfaces to clean them or to provide protection.
·
