seeking an experienced Pump Operator and Artisan Electrical to oversee and
execute mechanical and electrical work within water and wastewater treatment
plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Pump- and
motor related projects, electrical panel design, and system testing, ensuring
all work is completed safely, efficiently and to required standards.Key
Responsibilities·
Oversee
mechanical operations in water and wastewater treatment plants·
Managing
and execute repair projects on pumps and motors·
Installation,
maintenance, and troubleshooting of pumping systems·
Design
assembles, and test electrical panels·
Conduct
electrical and mechanical testing and commissioning ·
Prepare
basic reports and project feedbackMinimum
Requirements Mechanical
Engineer/ Electrotechnical·
With a Valid Professional Registration with Engineering Council of South
Africa ·
5 years’ experience in Maintenance of Water/waste treatment planats. Qualified
Artisan·
Qualified
Artisan with Trade Test·
1-5years’
relevant experience in pump system and mechanical maintenance ·
Experience
in water and wastewater treatment plants will be an advantage·
Code
10 driver’s license Artisan
Electrical ·
Qualified
Electrical Artisan with Millwright Certificate ·
1-5
years relevant experience·
Strong
understanding of motors, pumps and electrical panel design ·
Code
10 driver’s license How to
