As an independent mobile Nurse, you will enjoy the freedom to set your own schedule while earning an additional income. Whether you opt for full-time or part-time work, we have a variety of services where your expertise is needed.
Traveling Insurance Medicals:
In this role, you will conduct insurance medicals, including a range of blood tests, as well as prepare written medical reports and questionnaires. We offer compensation per client appointment, along with a performance bonus for outstanding performance. To qualify for this position, you must be SANC Registered, possess phlebotomy experience and have access to a smart device and a car.
Compensation Structure:
Base rate per completed appointment: R205
Base rate for a no-show appointment: R95
Fuel levy per appointment: R12.20
If you have claimed an OA (Out of Area) appointment, the fuel levy is not applicable, as OA rates cover fuel expenses. The OA claim rates are as follows:
OA 1 Completed (61 to 99km): R230
OA 1 No Show (61 to 99km): R115
OA 2 Completed (100+km): R285
OA 2 No Show (100+km): R135
Additionally, we offer an incentive that amounts to 18.44% of your total earnings within each billing period, which runs from the 21st to the 20th of each month. Please note that this incentive is earned only for error-free work, which includes completing lab forms accurately and attending appointments as scheduled. Any errors may lead to a forfeiture of the incentive.
Wellness Events (Discovery Vitality & Momentum Multiply):
As part of this team, you will conduct health assessments at companies, offering services such as finger-prick cholesterol and glucose screenings, HIV testing, BMI calculations, and vision screenings (Snellen Chart). You will be compensated on an hourly basis for on-site work. To qualify for this position, you must be registered with SANC and have a clear criminal history.
Hourly Rate: R170.00 per hour spent on-site.
Mobile Baby Vaccinations:
We offer convenient at-home 6-week baby vaccinations in collaboration with our client and Dis-Chem. As a Mobile Nurse, you will collect the vaccinations and administer them to the babies. Compensation is provided per appointment. Requirements for this position include being SANC Registered, having experience in midwifery, pediatrics, and/or baby vaccinations, as well as owning a car.
Rates:
R250 per appointment if we supply the scale.
R325 per appointment if you provide your own scale.
Home-based Care:
Our home-based care service includes IV administration and wound care, with the frequency of patient visits determined by prescribed antibiotic IV treatment. We offer compensation per patient visit. To qualify for this position, you must be SANC Registered, a Registered Nurse (RN), possess a car and a smart device and have experience in ICU, trauma, or High care, Renal/Dialysis.

One of our clients in the Health Care industry has a vacancy available for a Clinical Programme Co-ordinator. This position is based in Middelburg and the candidate needs to stay in Middelburg as this is an on-site, position.The ideal candidate will be a mature female individual (older than 40-years of age) with more than 7 years experience within a hospital case management position. She must be eager to learn, healthy and fit. She needs to be able to speak and understand Afrikaans. The successful incumbent will not be required to work night shift or formal weekend shifts. All work to be performed on-site at the office and/ or at the hospital or patients home when assessments are required there is no remote or hybrid working. Qualifications: Registered Nurse.Valid SANC registration.
