Role Description
This is a full-time Company Secretarial Compliance role located in Bellville. The role involves ensuring compliance with company laws and regulations, managing corporate governance matters, maintaining statutory records, and preparing and filing statutory returns. The position also includes liaising with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders to support legal and compliance objectives.
Qualifications
Knowledge of company laws and regulations
Experience in corporate governance and compliance
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in the financial or legal industry is a plus
Professional certification in company secretarial practice or related field will be beneficial
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
