Our client is seeking a Systems Administrator to deliver effective IT Support requirements, to ensure maximum productivity of end users. The position will be based in Durban.
Key Performance Areas

Provide On-Site First and Second Level End User Support.
Installation, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of the below Hardware:
Servers.
Laptops.
Desktops.
MFP Printers.
VOIP Hardware.
Networking Hardware (Wired & Wireless).
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve faults, as logged on the Companies Helpdesk System, escalating to the Head of IT where necessary, quickly, and effectively.

Qualifications:
Matric
NQF 6 qualification/3-year relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
Regulatory Examinations (RE5) for representatives.
60 FAIS Credits or alternatively full FAIS recognized relevant qualification (DOFA dependent).
