IT Service Delivery Manager oversees a number of key functions within the IT department that enables the delivery of a high quality service to end users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. The Service Delivery Managers responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and providing regular updates and feedback to clients. Service Management
* Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters around Managed IT Services Department;
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
* Negotiate contracts and secure agreements and projects for outsourced support services;
* Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
* Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed;
