*Position Overview*
Reporting directly into the Head of Brand for IQbusiness, the Graphic Designer supports the creation and execution of design to support IQbusiness both internally and externally.
As part of our small but dynamic in-house design team, your role will centre around driving internal compliance of the IQbusiness brand and providing design coaching and advice to the junior members of the design team.

* Using design software to create high-quality, innovative, and engaging designs
* Create marketing material for IQbusiness, which will include brochures, reports, PowerPoint decks, Word documents, packaging, social media, infographics, websites and other ad-hoc requests
* Working closely and collaborating with the Head of Brand to ensure deliverables are produced efficiently and promptly according to the needs of the business
* Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
* Think beyond visual interpretation to create a visual solution that is both strategic and creative within brand guidelines
* Work within the IQbusiness brand constraints to ensure all design work communicates the brand accurately and creatively
*Experience and Skills*
* 5-9 years graphic design experience preferably within a corporate environment
* Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design
