Nature’s Blueprint is looking for a reliable, hands-on Foreman to lead garden teams on site and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This role is for someone who can manage people, follow systems, and take responsibility on site.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a garden team on site
• Allocate daily tasks and manage workflow
• Ensure work is done according to SOPs and quality standards
• Control tools, equipment, and site setup/pack-up
• Monitor timekeeping, safety, and conduct
• Conduct site checks before manager sign-off
• Communicate clearly with managers and staff
Requirements
• Previous experience as a foreman, team leader, or senior gardener
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Ability to follow and enforce SOPs
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Landscaping or horticultural experience essential
