2.Client services by ensuring that client received their orders on time by contacting the client and driver.

4.Monitor loading and offloading of stock on time by contacting the clients and driver.
5.Report daily suspicious,incidents or any irregularities activities to management via email.

8.Liase with warehouse manager/sales departmentabout daily deliveries if all trucks were despatched for day deliveries.
9.Liase with all drivers how many stops are delivered and how many stops are left for deliveries.
10.Making trip sheets for next day orders.
11.Monitor all drivers behaviour on route on dash cameras report all suspicious incident to operation manager.
14.Updating mileages on tracker system.
14.Updating diesel log,drivers location on spreadsheet.
15.Truck inspection in the yard and booking of any services needed for trucks.
16.Surveillance duties includes monitor client property,health and safety for all employees including employers,review footages and saved on the system if needed,compaling daily incidents and safety reportensure that all all employees comply with company rules and regulations,send all incident report to management etc.
