### key responsibilities:

### skills and qualifications:
proven experience as a call center manager or similar management role in customer service or sales
strong understanding of management practices and techniques

bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; master’s degree preferred

Longitudinal and cross section data analysis methodologies. I have vast experience in large household surveys around SADC countries, have analysed and presented for the African Union as a PhD and independent consultant.
