Hotel in Knysna requires a qualified Senior Sous Chef to provide leadership and active management for all
day–to–day operations of the kitchen to ensure that best practices are

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide meals of
a consistent high quality

stock – orders / stock rotation / regular stock takes ensuring gross profit
