Ensuring customer satisfaction through adherence to delivery plans, establishment of sound relationships with clients on operational level and overall achievement of agreed service level.Desired Experience & Qualification Matric / Grade 12. Relevant tertiary qualification in transportation/logistics/business management. Minimum five years’ previous experience in a transport management environment. Computer literacy an intermediate level (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook). Able to work reasonable overtime as per operational requirements. Able to work under pressure.
