Main ObjectivesProvide effective office administrative and support function to the designated manager/s and teams . The core function will be to debrief every driver, analysis the route deliveries, oversee that he KPI targets are met daily.Responsibilities· To ensure that the Drivers and Vehicles are allocated correctly to enable daily route monitoring drive· To remain professional in dealings with customers and employees.· To file all credit notes, POD`s, invoices and related documentation accurately and timeously.· Debriefing and reporting on the planned vs. actual route adherence.· Daily route management of bakery delivery vehicles….equals customer service· To analyse & report on operational and customer service trends.· To ensure all systems supporting DRM are functional, e. g.
