IT Diploma or higher Certificate in PC & Server Engineering
A+ N+
Cisco & Huawei Certification will be an advantage
Training certificates to also work on Fire Detection, Access Control & CCTV Systems will also be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of IT best practices and a
commitment to maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,
are essential
- Must have reliable transport for occasional visits to
client sites
- Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Experience with N-Able MSP software is preferable
